This is in reference to your application for correction of your
naval record pursuant to the provisions of Title 10, United
states Code, Section 1552 and request for a copy of the record of
trial and the names and votes of Board members who considered
your case.

Be advised that the Board is not the custodial authority for
trial records and as such cannot provide you with this
documentation. However, you may wish to contact, in writing, the
Assistant Judge Advocates General (AJAG), Military Law (Code 02),
1254 Charles Morris St., SE, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC
20374-5047, to request a copy of your general court-martial trial
record.

Regarding the names and votes of Board members who considered
your case, be advised that on 4 November 2009, Mr. Boyd, Ms.
Ballinger, and Ms. Henkel considered your case, Docket No. 431-
09, and unanimously denied your request. On 2 December 2014, Ms.
Aldrich, Ms. McCain, and Mr. Spain considered your case, Docket
No. 7637-14 and also reconsidered your previous case, Docket No.
431-09, however, your request was again unanimously denied. In
this regard, in the absence of sufficient material evidence for
reconsideration, the decision of the Board is final, and your
only recourse would be to initiate action, at no cost to the
Board, to a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
